Project Overview: CFE North Carolina executed a full roof replacement at International Paper, ensuring a durable and high-performance system.

Scope of Work:

• Removal of existing BUR roof, insulation, and cement panel decking down to structural framing
• Installation of 304 stainless steel “N” decking
• Mechanical fastening of substrate cement board
• Application of vapor barrier primer and vapor retarder
• Polyisocyanurate insulation with tapered installation for drainage
• Application of DensDeck cover board and FiberTite XT membrane
